John E. O'Donnell's assessing office is conducting a town-wide property revaluation. A revaluation updates property values to reflect current market value and helps maintain an equitable distribution of the tax burden.
Data collection and input began in March 2026 and is expected to continue until completion. A revaluation redistributes the tax burden more fairly and is not itself a tax increase.
